Cairo: I took two weeks of vacation because I was very very tired and I came back playing with much more will to fight and to run and with greater determination. I had lost determination during the last tournaments, also because it is normal to be tired at the end of the season. I have understood that I could win the tournament after the quarter finals. I won a fantastic match after 2 hours and 45 minutes against Thomas Behrend. I had given all I could and so had my opponent. I also beat my worst opponent of 2002 Juan Antonio Marin in the semi finals and then I thought nothing could go wrong anymore. In the finals I felt pain in my shoulder and after the first set I didn't think I would make it. And even after having won the second set I thought I wouldn't play it till the end. I just didn't give up and I think that I deserved the victory. That's all for now, Stefano
